Important Note: Rue can cause skin irritation in some people, especially when exposed to sunlight after handling it. Wearing gloves is a good idea when working with it!
Besides its ornamental use, Rue has a history in herbal medicine (although caution is advised with medicinal use) and can be a nice addition to herb gardens as a companion plant.
